How your rate is set

Your rate depends on one number: total pooled instructional hours across everything you book with us, ever. It's the same table for a single session or a full summer program.

Because pricing is banded on the total, rounding up can lower your overall bill. Example: 38 hours costs $2,508 at $66/hr, but 41 hours costs just $2,460 at $60/hr. Three more hours of instruction, for less money overall.

Pricing FAQ

Yes, every instructional hour, regardless of what it's for, adds to one running total. That total sets your rate for everything, including hours you've already booked in prior packages.
Packages are paid upfront via invoice or card. Hours are drawn down as sessions are completed, and you'll get a running balance, and your current blended rate, after every session.
Hours are valid for the stated window on each package (2–4 months, longer for summer programs). Unused hours can be extended once, for a small administrative fee, on request.
Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may use a partial session credit.
Yes, families booking for two or more students receive a 5% discount on the combined package, applied automatically at checkout.
Larger totals let us plan further ahead and reduce scheduling overhead, savings we pass straight back to you, down to our $60/hr floor. Because pricing is banded, rounding up to the next threshold can even lower your total bill (see the example on this page).
